Win a reflective ghoul for school

Who knows if trick or treating numbers will be back to normal this year, but with the clocks going back on the same day why not hedge your bets with a ghostly reflector.

According to Bookman, “we can’t guarantee these little will animals will scare anyone, but they will definitely add safety thanks to their certified reflective capabilities.”

The ghoulish reflectors use 3M Scotchlite reflective material and can be attached to clothing, backpacks or whatever else you like using either the clasp or string.

We have 5 Bookman reflectors to give away. If you’d like to be in with a chance of winning one, simply use the comments section below to let us know what you’d attach yours to.

The ethical choice

The ETA was established in 1990 as an ethical provider of green, reliable travel services. Over 30 years on, we continue to offer cycle insurancebreakdown cover  and mobility scooter insurance while putting concern for the environment at the heart of all we do.

The Good Shopping Guide judges us to be the UK’s most ethical provider.

This would go on the back of our Pashley U PLus 2 for the school run!

  2. Sam

This would be a fantastic addition to my backpack, I work at night and cycle to and from work, so this would aid me in the safety department.
    The product itself looks great.

  3. Cal Turton

Id attach it to my granddaughter s school bag to keep her seeable on dark mornings😃

  4. Alan Fletcher

Put it on back of my Granddaughter’s bike so I could still see how far in front she was when I’m only halfway up the hill 😝

  5. Alison C

My son’s Olly’s favourite day of the year is Halloween, not Christmas!! He loves all things Thriller, zombie and Ghoul (despite being 6). This little chap would go on his book bag – carried while walking or on his Frog bike to school (He’s just had a look at it and thinks it looks awesome!)

  6. David Curran

I would attach this to my Grand Daughter’s school satchel. Whilst I have a couple of expensive bikes, they just can’t compete with helping keep my Grand Daughter safe on her way home from school.

  7. Mark B

Would be great for my one on her way home from college.

  8. Bryn Gwyndaf Jones

    Just perfect!
    It couldn’t be better.

  9. Jamie Johnson

On reflection I’d dangle it from a back-pack…

Hi, I don’t need a reflector thanks, but I’m a little concerned about the ETA promoting these for two reasons:
    1. although it’s “obvious”, to my knowledge nobody has yet proven that reflectives etc. actually do increase safety on the roads (as opposed to infrastructure and behaviour education). Perhaps an ETA study/article would confirm or refute this?
    2. more small plastic items being dropped on the streets?
PS I do think they’re kinda fun, despite this!

  11. David C

Would attach to my own little monster! 👻

  12. Sue

for a bit of fun I think Id attach it to my cycle helmet

  13. Chris Bromwich

Looks like a nice pressie for the youngsters.
