Stikk it to bicycle clutter with a handlebar light

stikk handlebar light

If you like to keep your cycling clutter-free then the STiKK bicycle handlebar light is for you.

The bicycle is one of the cleanest pieces of design on earth, but it’s easy for its simple form to become cluttered with accessories. Not so with the Stikk. Once a plastic sleeve has been locked into the handlebar, the waterproof light is held in place by a powerful magnet and you would be hard pressed to notice it at all.

Although the winter’s shortest day is already behind us, there is much to be said for a bicycle light that is hard to leave at home and difficult for thieves to pinch.

The 100-lumen Cree® LED can be set to three levels of brightness as well as a pulse mode and lasts up to 12 hours powered by a standard AAA battery. Made from strong ABS plastic, the entire assembly is 100% waterproof.

One click of the switch turns the light on. Additional clicks select brightness levels, a double click starts the flash mode and three checks the state of charge.

Looks a great solution for straight bars as on my Brompton, I would like to have a such minimalist set up. My other bike is an old roadster with rod brakes so would need a different solution but it is definitely not a minimalist handlebar setup! Very good luck with the design, thank you. MT

actually, driving standards have dropped over the decades ( I am elderly) but still ride a mountain bike in the city…having lights at the extremities makes complete sense.

Now this is one product for which I am in deperate need. I do a lot of long distance touring on a bicycle, which means I have a lot of kit on my handle bars and not enough space for anything else that I would like to put on. So this light would be an ideal both spacesaver and light protector. I would dearly love to have one. 🙂

Great to be seen by but would still need some handlebar clutter for a light to see with I think.

It looks much simpler than the one I use now, which has to be attached each time I want to use it, and then taken off if I leave the bike anywhere public. But would it illuminate the way forward?
