One of these could have saved me being shouted at.I was sitting in boot of my car with the tail gate up in a car park with a bar across the entrance having my lunch when a car with two cycles on the roof came down the track to the car park it was travelling too fast for a narrow country lane but then that’s normal. I realised it was not going to stop at the barrier and leapt up waving my arms to stop it. The driver saw me and looked at me but still drove on, There was an almighty crash the bikes and the roof rack were detached from the car and the tail gate window was smashed. What about the driver, he rounded on me shouting abuse the gist of which was that I found the incident amusing. Next time I’ll look the other way.
