Bike lights to see you through winter

super-bright bike lights

With a month to go before the end of British Summer Time, it’s time to dig out bike lights that’ll see you through the winter gloom.

Clock change or no clock change, you need never be caught without lights thanks to the Knog Blinder Twinpack. A compact design means they’re slim enough to keep in your pocket, and USB cable-free charging saves scrabbling about for batteries.

Putting out a punchy 200 lumens up front, and 100 at the rear, you’ll make your presence known on the road or trail in all conditions.

No charging cable required: The Blinder’s integrated USB connector can be used to charge its battery in just 4 hours

  • Visible up to 450 metres
  • USB integrated for cable-free charging
  • Waterproof
  • 60-hour battery life
  • 8 light modes

Win a set of Knog bike lights

To be in with a chance of bagging the lights, simply leave a comment and we’ll pick a winner next week.

Neat design. This kind of tech was unthinkable when I started cycling. We used those massive Ever Ready things that just about turned the nearest piece of tarmac a very faint yellow. When you inevitably smashed into a hidden pothole the front light would then eject its batteries.
    Fun times.

If I’m out and realise a light’s out of juice, I’ve a bunch of charged NiMH batteries in my rucksack to refill. A USB light has to wait until I get home.

Great looking neat design, when using lights that use internal batteries and charge through a USB, my advice is to have a power bank handy just in-case the lights don’t have as much charge as you think.
