Stay hydrated – Hydaway drinks bottle up for grabs

hydaway water bottle

With temperatures across the country set to top 30 degrees next week it’s vital to stay hydrated. The Hydaway is a collapsible and reusable water bottle that aims to reduce the 50 billion plastic water bottles discarded each year in America alone. The brightly-coloured accessory makes an interesting alternative to a conventional bicycle bidon, too.

Hydaway bottle

The Hydaway water bottle is intended to be filled from the tap – a source that is cheaper, environmentally-friendlier and more rigorously tested than water bought from a shop. Once you’ve finished your drink, the clever design collapses into a small disc for easy storage. And food-grade silicone and BPA-free plastic construction means the water carrier is safe for you….and your dishwasher.

We have two Hydaway bottles to give away. Simply leave a comment at the bottom of the page and we’ll pick two names next week.

Perfect for my daily commute, my bag is only just large enough to hold my packed lunch, waterproof trousers, spare inner-tube & toolkit, office clothes and empty travel mug, this will free up some extra space and make my bag last longer (so even more environmental benefits).

It would be very handy if my water bottle shrunk at the end of the day so I could fit my shopping into my bag more easily!

Clever, expensive (Β£57), and what’s the point ? The only time I will be in a position to collapse it is on my return home when I have emptied the last dregs. No point then.

These are a great idea – I struggle with carrying any weight so prefer to carry bottles empty and fill them up closer to where I’ll drink them. This would be a great thing to have πŸ™‚

Great idea / design but missing a huge selling/advertising/marketing opportunity – take to the airport in hand luggage and fill when airside – saves on expensive bottled water and helps to reduces plastic waste.
    I’d love one of these.
