The prize draw is open to everyone who buys mobility scooter insurance from ETA Services Ltd between 31 March 2023 and 31 October 2023.
Prize will will be drawn from all named account holders with an active mobility scooter insurance policy, and postal entries on 31 October 2023 (No purchase is necessary to enter the draw as you are welcome to send a postcard with your name and address to ETA Services Ltd, 68 High Street, Weybridge KT13 8BL).
The prize is a voucher to the value of £800 from Handpicked Hotels and £200 to contribute towards travel costs.
The prize draw is open to all, except employees of ETA Services Ltd, their families, and any third party associated with administration of the prize draw.
Entrants must be 18 or over.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the prize draw end date.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the ETA Services Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. ETA Services Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
The decision of ETA Services Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize is final and binding.

ETA Services Ltd reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
ETA Services Ltd will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of ETA Services Ltd. Your statutory rights are not affected.
