Chevrolet Volt ‘can hit 230mpg’
Chevrolet has claimed that its plug-in hybrid electric car, the ‘Volt’, which is due for release in 2011, will achieve fuel economy in the urban driving environment equivalent to 191mpg (230mpg in US gallons).
