    I coach a group of youngsters at my local running club and am always trying to find new ways to make them conscious of being visible at night. I wear whatever I can as an example and this would make be a very useful addition to catch their attention.

    Just brilliant! (with some re-design, such as loops for a padlock and the belt made from several wires it could also double as a wearable lock, safety when cycling, security when not).
