Car Junkie Detox | I love Street Car!

I had my Streetcar booked today, I used my Iphone to show me exactly where my car was parked – about 10 minutes walk from my house, then used the phone again to unlock the door).

Once in the car (lovely brand spanking new BMW 1 series) I pressed the start button but the car didn’t come on, so I used the iphone app again to call the lovely people at StreetCar – they answered within 2 rings and already knew who I was, I told them I couldn’t start the car – to which they then informed me I needed to use the key pad in the glove box to release the key (I felt a bit silly after this as there were clear instructions in the book in the glove box).

It was great driving a brand new car, which I don’t get to that often and I’m not quite sure how I would have got to my appointment if I hadn’t borrowed the car, as the hospital is a long way from the station, I probably would have had to get taxi’s.

The people at StreetCar are great too – top marks for customer service.

I have get some pet food for my pet frog this weekend – he eats crickets, which are not widely available. The only place that sells them is an exotic pets centre in the middle of no where – so will probably use the street car again.
