The Honda Odyssey Touring Elite MPV will from next year be equipped with its own built-in vacuum cleaner. The HondaVAC works continuously like any other accessory when the car’s engine is running or for up to 8 minutes from its own rechargeable battery.
Rumour has it that Honda was prompted to build the in-car hoover after one of its executives was asked by his young daughter why cars didn’t have their own vacuum cleaners.
The HondaVAC option will initially be available only in America, coming to Europe if demand is sufficiently high.
