The best of travel and cycle insurance combined
Whether you’re planning an adventure along the Pacific Coast Highway or a leisurely trip through the villages and farm trails of Northern Europe, you’ll be in good hands. Our policy offers the protection of our fully comprehensive travel insurance with the added benefit of our in-house cycling expertise and our company assurance to never devalue your bike. We offer a worry-free package which looks after you and your bike from the moment you book your trip.
ETA Cycle Travel Insurance can cover a single trip up to 31 days, or an unlimited number of trips per year with an annual multi-trip policy. We offer generous cover for medical expenses, baggage, lost passports, personal accident and delayed or cancelled journeys with an excess of only £60.
Our emergency helpline is based in Britain, and our English-speaking support team is on standby to help you 24/7.
Taking your bike abroad
During your time abroad you are covered against theft, vandalism and accidental damage to your bicycle. If your bicycle is stolen partway through your tour, we’ll cover the costs of replacement cycle hire, up to £250, cover race fee cancellations and the cost of repatriating your bike. We don’t devalue bicycles over time and replace on a new-for-old basis, so that the loss of your bike abroad won’t leave you worse off.
Why choose us?
The ETA has been voted the #1 Ethical Insurance Company by The Good Shopping Guide for the last three years running. We are 100% carbon neutral, and every policy sold helps fund campaigning for sustainable transport by our charity, the ETA Trust.
