Retro cool for autumn rides

vintage cycling top

Wearing extra layers at this time of year need not be an excuse to compromise on style. This retro Molteni mid-weight jacket harks back to a time when pro riders were given sweaters/track suit tops to wear when off the bike. Back in the day there were no sublimation (printing on fabric) techniques and all the sponsor logos had to be embroidered or in the case of felt lettering, stuck on. The lettering applied to this garment is both embroidery and the unique ‘3D’ which is a combination of embroidered and appliqué.

We have one of these stylish jackets to give away. It’s labelled medium, but from the look of it, it’s on the large side – so if that sounds like you and you’d like to enter our draw, simply leave us a comment below.

ETA cycle insurance

Ethical cycle insurance

Check your small print for so-called ‘new-for-old’ replacement – many insurers use the term, but if your bicycle is more than a few years old, they devalue it severely. This means you are left out of pocket when you come to replace it.

With ETA cycle insurance, however old the bike, if it’s stolen you get enough to buy a new model. Furthermore, every cycle insurance policy you buy from us helps support the work of the ETA Trust, our charity campaigning for a cleaner, safer transport future. No wonder The Good Shopping Guide judges us to be Britain’s most ethical insurance company.
