Win a gold bicycle 2009 - terms and conditions
1. This prize draw is free to enter and closes at noon, 1st December 2009
2. To enter, go to eta.co.uk and request a quote for cycle insurance
3. First prize consists of one modified 24ct gold-plated Brompton folding bicycle
4. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries
5. This draw is open to British residents aged 18 and over.
6. This draw is not open to employees or agents (including family members) of the ETA
7. Strictly one entry per person and no third- party entries
8. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.
9. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes will be offered. The ETA reserves the right to change prizes at its discretion or to offer an alternative of similar value
10. The winner will be notified by email or phone within seven days of the closing date. If the winner has not accepted the prize within seven days of notification, the ETA will re-draw and select a new winner (and the same acceptance period will apply).
11. The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner being notified
12. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity
13. This draw is governed by English law
14. Entry into the draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
15. The ETA may cancel this competition and amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.
