Dr Who star 'greenest celeb'

Dr Who star David Tennant not only saves the planet in his hit TV show, but also in real life, it has emerged.
The actor has been awarded the Greenest Star on the Planet Award by families across the UK as part of Playhouse Disney’s Playing for the Planet Awards, the Metro reports.
As well as driving a hybrid car, Tennant also encourages others to consider environmental issues.
Awards judge and ambassador Peter Duncan said he was "delighted" that Tennant has scooped the gong.
"He’s a great role model for kids everywhere and clearly is as passionate at saving the planet as his character The Doctor," he told the paper.
Clearly proud of winning the award, Tennant has posted the news on his official website and noted that Lily Allen, Lily Cole, Madonna, Stella McCartney, Sienna miller and Johnny Depp as well as Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow were all shortlisted for the eco-friendly prize.
