Our company is called ETA Services Ltd and is a provider of car breakdown services, cycle insurance and travel insurance. We have no connection with ETA Claims and have a strict policy of not passing our customers’ contact details to third parties.

- Your ETA number
- The following insurer code(SMT 107/11/11).
- The telephone number from which you are calling.
- The name and telephone number of the doctor and hospital attending the ill/injured person.

- Missed Departure and Travel Delay claim form
- Cancellation claim form
- Curtailment claim form
- Medical and Additional Expenses claim form
