Had a couple of days off the bike due to adverse weather conditions, but back on the bike this morning – following an early 3 mile run (I’m training for a half marathon) anyone would think I’m some kind of fitness freak if I didn’t have such a penchant for wine!

It’s such a beautiful morning, I really enjoyed the ride. Without sounding like some sort of new-age cyclist, I felt more alive than I’d done in a long while – it’s amazing what a bit of sunshine and fresh air can do for you!
