Cycling in the rain, it’s not clever and certainly not fun!

I’m wondering how I could work out the amount of calories i’m burning on the elecrtic bike? hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Another sunny morning which made for glorious ride into work. I am still working out the best route in at the moment, which makes every ride seem like a little adventure.

Had a couple of days off the bike due to adverse weather conditions, but back on the bike this morning – following an early 3 mile run (I’m training for a half marathon) anyone would think I’m some kind of fitness freak if I didn’t have such a penchant for wine!

It’s such a beautiful morning, I really enjoyed the ride.

On my first day on the Wisper I am at meetings in London – I ride from Clapham Junction station to Hammersmith, Covent garden and then back to Waterloo.
